Story Town

When I returned to Llangefni, to make Things I Forgot I Remembered, the first thing I did was have a walk around to make sense of both the physical reality of the town, as well as my memories of it, all in the same moment.

I’d like to share some of the stories I’ve written and recorded with you here. Just click every icon that looks like this audio on the map below:

“Thank you for the homely space, the stories, the welcome, the tea, the biscuits, the chats, and the safe haven. The jelly babies are all the people who have come through this door.”

My week in Llangefni

It’s not really possible to capture every wonderful thing about our time on Anglesey, but we’ve done our best to give you a taste of what it was like.

There are three videos we’d like to share with you: a short documentary about being on Anglesey; a video called Can I Help? that shares my experience of trying to save the world using a telephone and My Uncle Gafyn, which was inspired by the stories I uncovered in my childhood journals.
